All Marketing campaigns should be between 7am to 9pm.

All campaigns will be stopped after 9pm & We will not be responsible for the non-delivery.

The cut off time for all marketing campaigns will be at 8pm.

You will not be able to push any marketing campaigns after 9pm, but you can schedule it for the next day.

SMS before or after the mentioned time can cause the suspension of Sender ID and a fine of 200,000 AED can be issued upon receiving complaint from Operators.

UAE users, please ensure that you put "UNSUB or OPTOUT" at end of each SMS. As per TRA optout option is mandatory. We will not be responsible for any non delivery arising because of this.

Always Use UNSUB or OPTOUT in the end of your SMS content.

Before doing any campaign we recommend you to do a testing with the sender id to your number to ensure the sender id is working fine

(160 Characters are counted as 1 SMS in case of English language & 70 in other language. Check your SMS count before pushing SMS)

We need to comply with all applicable laws (including, but not limited to, as they relate to fraud and SPAM) and indemnify du/Etisalat against any action, claim, fine or loss whatsoever incurred as a result of a breach of law or regulation.

SMS will only be sent to eligible customers who have consented(in a form that is recorded and physically presentable)to receive SMS Communication in accordance with the Brand Name Registration details, table outlined below and applicable UAE laws and regulatory requirement
